"These ladies have awful customer service. They called me to notify me they were canceling one of my vehicles and then stated they would follow up with me because they had incorrect information. I had to call them numerous times and each time they stated they were going to add my vehicle to another vehicle on my policy. The policy terminated on the 18th and when I called the 19th I discovered my daughter was driving with no active coverage. I am so 😡"

To clarify, the policy was non-renewed due to claims activity, not incorrect information. We understand how important continuous coverage is, especially when it comes to your family’s safety. We worked to find a solution to maintain coverage on your vehicle, but unfortunately, the changes could only be implemented after the original policy canceled on the 18th. We regret that this timing caused a few hour gap in coverage and understand how upsetting that must have been. We understand how important timely coverage is and unfortunately the gap that occurred was due to the necessary policy cancellation and reissuance process. We appreciate your patience as we navigated these requirements to ensure your vehicle remained insured as soon as possible. Reach out if you need any further explanation! Have a great weekend! "

"Horrible company that refuses to stop harassing me after four years of me telling them to leave me alone. The first time, I was nice and told her that I was happy with the insurance that I have, in 2021. Her response was insults and repeated phone calls and texts. Even though I have had her blocked since 2021, I still receive calls and texts that flood my spam. This woman refuses to take no for an answer and is the sole reason that, should I ever feel the need to switch from my current insurance, I will never go with State Farm. I'd rather junk my truck than deal with them."
